The purpose of this registered association is to look after the financial and other interests of people buying flats or other residential accommodation at Ramprastha City in Sector 37D, Gurgaon. It has been constituted to take up issues with the builder collectively for the common interest of investors and end users. Any future resident is welcome to join the society.

This is the official web site of this association, whose byelaws have been approved by the registrar of societies, Haryana. All official notices of this association will be posted here for the ordinary members to view and will also be sent by email using the Official Yahoo Group to which all members of the association will be sent invitation. All voting procedures, notices and other official activities will be conducted at the designated Yahoo Group a link to which is available on the right side of this web site.

30th June 2018: RPCWA General body meeting held in Gurugram. Major highlights of the meeting:

* A new 17 member executive member body is elected. Given more responsibilities to members from Edge Ph-II, SKYZ, Rise projects in the executive body.

* Members also got a chance to meet lawyer Mr. Sushil Kaushik to answer queries related to the court case etc.
* RPCWA members have done a peaceful umbrella protest in front of Ramprastha office in scorching heat. Buyers wanted to know the progress status of Edge Ph-II, SKYZ, Rise, Primera projects. Buyers wanted to meet top management for an explanation but RP management has denied meeting with home buyers.

15th July 2017: RPCWA General body meeting held in Gurugram. Major highlights of the meeting:

* A new 11 member executive member body is elected. Given more responsibilities to members from SKYZ and Rise projects in executive body.

* Members also got a chance to meet lawyer Mr. Sushil Kaushik to answer queries related to the court case etc.

13th May 2017:

Over 200+ buyers with families protested in front of Ramprastha Sec-44 office in Gurugram. The builder didn't come out but police came, who called? We were doing peaceful protest. Now it's Almost 10 yrs after booking home has not been delivered.

21st March 2017:

RPCWA team visited STP & Fire Department office t on 21st March. The team met with ATP in Huda Office and Senior Inspector of Fire Department. The meeting was positive.

12th Feb 2017:

* Team RPCWA meeting held in Gurgaon with the lawyer on the current status of the court case against

Ramprastha and future planning.

* Team RPCWA met RP management for review of construction work and delivery status.
